Who we are

Reqoo Ltd (company number 17064295), trading as Daily Matter, provides this website and the service described on it. We are based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at business@dailymatter.co.uk.

The website

The site describes a done-for-you client retention system for marketing agencies that already have clients. It is information about our work. It is not an offer that starts a contract.

Sending the enquiry form, or emailing us, does not oblige either of us to proceed.

Enquiries

We use the details you send so we can reply. We aim to reply within one working day. We may decline an enquiry, including where the work sits outside what we take on.

Working together

Work begins only when we have both agreed the scope and the fees in writing. An email is enough. Until then, neither of us has to go further.

You provide accurate information and the access we reasonably need to do the work. You remain responsible for your own clients, your contracts with them, and your delivery. We do not become a party to those client contracts.

Fees

Fees are agreed before work starts and are set out in writing. You pay each invoice by the date we agree.

If a commercial invoice is overdue, we may charge statutory interest and fixed compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

The guarantee

Where your written agreement includes it, this is the guarantee: if we do not surface retention or expansion opportunities worth at least your first two months of fees within 90 days, we refund the setup in full and keep working at no charge until we do.

The guarantee depends on you giving us the access and information we need to do the work.

Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential, and use it only for the enquiry or the work. This does not cover information that is already public, that the receiving party already knew, or that must be disclosed by law.

Intellectual property

This website, the Daily Matter name, and our methods, templates, and system belong to us. You keep ownership of the materials you provide.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may use the materials we prepare for your agency during the engagement. We keep the right to use our underlying system and know-how. We will not identify your agency in public material without your permission.

Using the website

Do not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with it, or send unlawful, misleading, or harmful material through the form or by email.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.

The website is general information. Where we have not agreed to work together, we are not liable for loss that comes only from using the website.

Where we have agreed to work together, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim about that work is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or other indirect loss, except where the law does not allow that exclusion.

Ending the work

Either of us may end an engagement in the way the written agreement describes. If no notice period is agreed, either of us may end it by writing to the other. We will invoice for work done up to that date.

Other terms

If a court finds that part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our agreement in writing. We may use suppliers to help us run the website or do the work, and we remain responsible to you for that work.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will hear any dispute.

Changes

We may update these website terms by publishing a new version on this page. A change does not alter an engagement we have already agreed, unless we both agree that change in writing.
